Shipment And Returns Your shipment

GreaseCo packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Contains petroleum hydrocarbon lubricant. High pressure injection of petroleum hydrocarbons under the skin can cause severe injury. Most damage occurs in the first few hours. Seek medical attention immediately. Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause irritation.

Use protective wear to avoid eye and skin contact. Wash thoroughly after use. For skin contact, wash with soap and water. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. DISPOSAL AND/OR SPILL INFORMATION:

As with all cleaning and maintenance procedures, run-off from the cleaning or maintenance process should be diverted into a collection vessel and not allowed to soak into the ground or enter a storm sewer. If this product is spilled or contaminated and cannot be used, creating the need for disposal wipe up or scrape up product and deposit in a sealable container. Thoroughly clean area with detergent solutions and rinse well with water.

Return used/unused grease and container to nearest collection center. Don’t pollute. Conserve resources.

FIRST AID:

For skin contact, wash with soap and water. Call a physician if irritation develops or persists. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. For eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes and contact a physician.
